How do I pay?

We accept cash and etransfer.  Etransfers can be made to camrosebouce@gmail.com.

Do I need to pay a booking or damage deposit? 

Once we have confirmed availability of the item you wish to rent, please pay the required booking/damage deposit.  This deposit will secure your booking.  It will be returned to you after the item is returned, as long as it is in the same condition it was in at time of pick-up.

How much is the booking/damage deposit?

This varies depends on the item being rented.  We will communicate this to you at the time of booking.  Generally we will require approximately 50% of the item's rental amount.  For example if you are renting a bouncy house for $200, then we will require a $100 deposit.  A $50 minimum deposit will be required in most cases.

When do I need to pay for the rental?

Fees are due at time of item's pick-up or delivery.  Step 1 - you book and pay the booking/damage deposit.  Step 2 - you come pick up the item and pay the rental fee.  Step 3 - once the item is returned and examined for damage (could take up to 48 hours), the booking/damage deposit will be returned to you.

Do I need to sign a waiver or rental agreement?

Yes, a waiver/rental agreement will need to be signed.  This agreement outlines both general and safety information.  You may also be asked to provide proof of ID and address.  Camrose Bounce House and Party Rentals is licensed and insured.

Can I cancel?  What if there's bad weather?

Cancellations for weather are perfectly acceptable but should be made with 24 hours notice when possible.  Deposit refunds will be given in these situations.  Cancellations for other reasons will not be granted refunds unless there are exceptional circumstances.  Bounce houses are not safe to operate in rain, hail or in high winds (20 mph or 32 kmph is a good cutoff).  We will not rent out a unit for outdoor use if the forecast calls for unsafe conditions, so in case of bad weather please have other plans in place.  You can operate a bounce house indoors if you have the space available.
